The owner writes, "Built in 1997 by local builder Steve Goff of Upholland, Lancashire, UK. A super stiff road bike that has been used for some time trials and flat crits. Steve Goff still builds frames as far as I know, still builds in max. He recomended that I use the tubeset given my build saying also that the fork tubes were the best he used. A great frame - I may one day have another built.."
