Note: "When I bought the bike I could not keep the seatpost from slipping. I eventually figured out that the problem was that the plow seatpost binder did not work. I modified the top of the seat tube by cutting a short vertical notch and then installing an external collar. This solved the problem."

Panasonic

Seller wrote, "It is a Panasonic pursuit frame, accepts a front 650c wheel only and it is actually stamped NJS! I didn't even know that pursuit frames could be NJS approved but this is the proof that is possible. As you can see from picture number 9 this frame was manufactured in 1995, the first two numbers in the NJS frames correspond to the manufactured year."
